When someone takes the time to make you aware and make an appointment that more than a dozen women are coming and one is in a wheelchair you should tell them the truth and accommodate them not only for your company and providing excellent customer service (because thats what makes you money and brings repeat customers!) but also because it is THE LAW to accommodate those with disabilities!
You should be ashamed of yourself and you should make this right!

Because these 14 women were disrespected and kicked out and not accommodated when you were informed one was in a wheelchair you not only lost their business but you have lost all of their friends. This has gone on Facebook, and there's a lot of people not going to buy from you because of this and now you've lost a lot of money!
